Quick answer: Cancel website subscriptions under Manage Subscription; app purchases must be canceled in the app store where you subscribed.
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
- Choose your subscription, select Cancel Subscription, then Confirm Cancellation.
- iOS: cancel in your Apple account settings
- Android: cancel in your Google Play account
- Premium access continues until your current billing period ends
- All Jdate purchases are final and non-refundable, including automatic renewals.

Cancel Through the Website
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Choose your active subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose a reason for canceling and select Confirm Cancellation.
After you cancel:
- You'll see a confirmation message on screen.
- You'll receive a confirmation email.
- Your account will remain Premium until the end of your current billing period, then automatically return to a Basic membership.
If You Subscribed Through the App
If you purchased your subscription through the iOS or Android app, you'll need to cancel it through the same app store where you subscribed.
