Quick answer: Missing emails usually mean wrong notification settings or inbox filtering; push notifications are controlled in your phone settings.
- Check My Profile > Account Settings > Notification Settings.
- Select your email types, then click Save My Preferences.
- Search Spam, Junk, Social, and Promotions folders.
- Mark us as a safe sender or not junk.
- Push: adjust app notification settings on Android or iOS.
If notifications still do not arrive after these steps, contact Customer Support.
If you're not receiving our notifications, don't worry — this can usually be fixed in just a few steps. Please check the following.
Email notifications
Check your notification settings. Make sure your email notifications are set up correctly. You can update them at any time:
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Notification Settings.
- Choose the types of emails you'd like to receive.
- Click Save My Preferences.
Search your inbox. Use the search function in your email to check whether our messages were sorted into a specific folder, such as Spam/Junk, Social, or Promotions. If you find our email in your junk or spam folder, mark us as a "safe sender" or "not junk/spam" so future emails land in your inbox.
Push notifications
If you're not receiving push notifications, you can adjust these directly on your phone — available for both Android and iOS in your device's app notification settings.
